Snow Plow Operator / Shovelers
Are you an experienced snowplow operator or snow shoveler? We're a reputable snow removal company seeking a dependable sub-contractor to assist us during the winter season. If you have the expertise, we want to hear from you!
We're looking for individuals with a proven track record of snow removal experience. Whether you've plowed residential driveways or commercial properties, we value your expertise.
We offer competitive rates based on your experience and the size of the jobs you complete. And if you have your own reliable equipment, you'll earn even more!
Requirements:
Availability: Winter weather can be unpredictable, so flexibility is key. You should be available 24/7, from now until April to respond to snow removal requests during snowfall events.
Responsible and Punctual: We pride ourselves on providing reliable services to our clients. Being responsible and punctual is crucial to maintaining our operation.
Strong Work Ethic: Snow removal can be demanding. We're seeking individuals who are committed to delivering quality service, no matter the conditions.
Supportive team: You'll be part of a team that values your skills and contributions to our snow removal efforts.

Lawn Care Crew Member
We are hiring seasonal team members. If you like working outdoors alongside a crew that takes pride in its work, a Caldwell Lawn Care mowing crew may be the place for you. This is an entry level position and a physical job, but we don't want people that are just looking to punch a time clock! We promote from within and reward those that excel.
Note: this is a seasonal position.

Lawn Care Crew Leader
We are seeking a seasoned Crew Leader with lawn care or lawn maintenance experience. Applicant needs to have a clean driving record and needs to able to keep up with physical demands of the job.
This is a seasonal position.
Must be a Class E licensed driver.
Compensation: hourly wage depending on experience
Employment type: full-time
All positions have vacation pay and retirement IRA company match of 3% of your gross pay is available after one year.
Healthcare / Medi-share options are also available to full time employees.
